For seven years, construction of the «Venicia» housing complex has been at a standstill. The 12 desperate co-owners are given the opportunity to complete the building, but one of them must give up their apartment.

One of the residents, Father Alexander, has brought in an investor, enabling the building to be completed. The investor wants to create a restaurant on the top floor, sacrificing what was supposed to be the priest’s apartment. But the investor has one condition: the priest must have a decent place to live in the building. The remaining owners now have 24 hours to decide who must sacrifice their apartment for the sake of the community.
